Well, nothing says Merry Christmas like Mother Nature. Sometimes it is just beautiful perfect landscapes that can warm Our hearts, as well as exploring nature and enjoy all of natures creates. One event in Glen Ellyn, Illnois simply celebrates nature and wildlife.

On Saturday December 6, 2008 at DuPage Forest Preserve’s Willowbrook Wildlife Nature in Glen Ellyn was putting on their Talons and Claus event. Nothing says Merry Christmas like Santa and birds of prey. This event have visitors a chance to meet several birds of prey and learn more about them. Also kiddies were able to visit Santa Claus with the option of getting a very special souvenir photo with Your kid and Kris Kringle, as well as enjoy some Holiday treats. Kids could also make a special craft. Everyone could enjoy a Special sleigh ride that went though part of Willowbrook Nature Center.

Willowbrook Wildlife Center is a rehabilitation facility that provides care and medical treatment for injured and orphaned animals that are native to northeastern Illinois. As an education center, Willowbrook also serves as a resource for understanding the natural world and provides learning experiences for DuPage County residents to help them live in harmony with diverse, healthy wildlife populations.
