Well it time to take a look at other great Organization and Their super-duper event. But this event is so awesome because to is to help benefit and celebrate The Felis domesticus otherwise known as cute and cuddly little kitty-Cats

On Saturday February 16 and Sunday February 19, 2008 at The Oak Lawn Park District's Oak Lawn Pavilion in Oak Lawn, Illinois, The Lincoln State Cat Club had it's 48th annual Purebreed and Household Pet Cat Show and featured 41 breeds of cats competing in a Cat Fanciers Association Championship Cat Show, as well as a Feline Agility Trial, Educational Speakers, numerous vendors for your cat and cat-loving human needs and a huge raffle to benefit local low-cost spay/neuter programs. Voted CFA's Best Cat Show of 2007 in the Midwest Region. Food and Fun for the whole family. For information and a discount coupon see www.lscats.org.

Lincoln State Cat Club, Inc. was founded in 1959, by a group of Chicago area cat breeders and exhibitors for the purpose of:

promoting and protecting the pedigreed cat providing public education concerning the health and welfare of ALL cats raising funds to support programs that benefit ALL cats.

In keeping with this charter, LSCC donates much of its proceeds from their annual Cat Fanciers Association all breed cat show, held the third weekend each February. Benefiting ALL domesticated felines through groups such as the Winn Foundation, The Morris Animal Foundation, Purebred Cat Breed Rescue, neuter/spay programs and organizations that shelter cats.

Shelter groups are invited to LSCC shows, to bring attention to abandoned/stray/relinquished cats available for adoption.
