Well, once again let’s travel back to September 2009 when autumn is really starting to show it’s true beauty. During fall there is an awesome event taking place in Geneva, Illinois. Every year in September The Geneva Chamber of Commerce puts on a two day powerhouse event, that’s combines food, music, wine, and fun. Called Festival of The Vine. Yes, while it’s name indicates, Festival of The vine is about the wine, but not just about the wine. There is a huge tent of food vendors selling just about any type of food under the sun, as well as premium entertainment, such as The totally awesome StingRays. Also there was a huge area of crafts, as well as once again vendors selling just about anything, t-shirts, you name it. And of course guests at The festival of the Vine are able to satisfy all their autumn decorating needs. The big feature for this two day event was the wine. Premium Wine was both for sale by the glass and available for tasting. The entire downtown Geneva was taking part in the celebration.

This event was put on by The Geneva Chamber of Commerce and is a vital resource for networking among local Geneva, Illinois area businesses. The chamber puts on several events throughout the year, including this Festival of The vine Celebration.
